The largest single order for the C919 large passenger aircraft landed in Shanghai on 28 September. China Eastern Airlines, the world's first user of C919 large aircraft, has once again signed a purchase agreement with COMAC. On top of the first batch of 5 aircraft ordered in 2021, China Eastern Airlines will order 100 more C919 large aircraft, becoming the world's largest user of C919 large aircraft.
